jordanshoesclub.com currently only offers one shipping service: USPS Standard Ground Service for domestic orders. We normally charge $8 for the first pair, and $4 from the second pair! For international orders, please refer to International Shipping.
Now for all orders we'll charge consumption tax; and the tax is varied in different states.
Currently we do not accept orders with shipping address of P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO. Besides, we only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct).
Allow 3-5 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with USPS Standard Ground Service. Receipt of international orders takes 5-7 business days. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the USPS transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.
We offer USPS Global Express with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. It usually takes 5-7 working days for delivery. Additional 24-48 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours in case we have to contact PayPal or Credit Card payment processor for verification.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges.
* For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there may be delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
